RESIDENTIAL ALTERATIONS

Residential expansion by alterations and extensions significantly improve home living standards.
The atmosphere for growing family's creates a need for individual space, and extensions to a duplex residence has considerations to neighbours who share a common property wall on the boundary.

Atheistically the existing house and extension is to blend together in such a way the building appears original.
The existing house had poor construction extensions carried out years ago prior to the owners property purchase. The need for demolition was inevitable as foundation differential settlement developed vertical cracking in walls. The opportunity allowed level floors and enlarge ground floor rooms by incorporating bay windows enhances the external appearance with the second floor addition.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMERCIAL
 
 Spring Street

Architecture presents grandeur inl facade and foyer entry style with disability access provided
between commercial levels. Atheistically pleasing the parimeter of premises have been glaze enclosed
with stair access entering to the main lift foyer providing a decor which fashionable modern.













ARCHITECTURAL BALLUSTRADE
 
 Belrose Supercenta

Architecture is dominated by a grandeur of openness featured with significant central void
space where escalator access is provided between retail levels.
Atheistically pleasing the parimeter of the void space concrete edge beam have been
clad and hidden by the finished balustrade.
The balustrade design utilizes stainless steel post and rails with structural glazed panels
which are frameless to produce the modern decor.

ARCHITECTURAL FEATURE WALL
 
Transfield Building

Business impression and a
rchitectural grandeur can be experienced by your business clients
 provided here with significant central void space between office building levels.
This is an example of clever functional design. The existing building has heavy foot traffic
between the two levels of office space. The elevators are used excessively, and become
inefficient and inconvenient waiting for service. 
The incorporation of a void, with stair access, and feature wall as provided a power saving,
time saving, and impressional reception area. 
The underside of the upper floor has auditing structural support around the edge of the
concrete cut void space. The warm easy walking timber fight of stairs has a landing mid
flight, and the low voltage lighting display of the feature wall produces the modern decor
which is stunning.

ARCHITECTURAL SECURITY SCREEN
 
Hyde Park War Memorial

Sydney secures the respect of war veterans. By incorporating hydraulic powered architecturally designed security screens that protect the war memorial internally by vertically rising from the podium level closing off the entries at night.

The screens are constructed of a stainless steel frame, filled with double glazed artisitic etchings, which are high lighted by tivoli lights around the the internal frame void between the double glazing. 

Through remenberace visiting open hours of the day the screen is retracted into position level t the podium marble surface, with fixed panagraphed brass lettering on the top face plate of the screens. The words LESS WE FORGET are read as visitors walk into the memorial.

Circular Quay Upgrade

Sydney's Harbour Ferry Transport Teminal Upgrade. The wharf retail pods which ar part of the Circular Quay Public Ferry Terminal has had an architectural facelift with new facade including open glazed areas.
