Fabrication Detail Drawing
A process line oven exhaust has cyclonic filtration system to incorporated for environmental emmision control. This drawing is used by the fabricator to manufacture the ventura in the work shop.

PLANT UPGRADE
Fibreglass insulation wool plant upgrade increases production by 40%. The instalation of a second production line has been acheived by increasing the furnace, and increasing the foreheath to service the installing of additional fibreizer and new forming section as part of the re-configuration. The new curing oven, cooling conveyor, slitter, backing applicator, chopper, and roll up machine are all processes within the process, before new conveyor system leads the new product into the existing production line for blanket products.
